Every computer service situation is different and can require less or more time than others to complete. Typical things such as extended travel time, severe virus infection resulting in a full system restore, rather than a system cleaning are examples of such differences. We do have basic services set at "Flat Rate" pricing, a majority of our services are priced at an hourly rate of $50.00 an hour. Please call or email us to get details about our "Flat Rate" services.

Our Business services are priced according to the level of service required, such as extended travel time, job completion time, etc. Our base rate for Business services is $75.00 an hour. We have several pricing options for our Business customers, so we recommend you call us to discuss these in greater detail.
We are competitively priced for the level of service and experience you get from Tech Arsenal. You may find a competitor has a cheaper rate, but we feel we exceed their level of work and experience "hands-down".
